What personally identifiable information is being collected?

When you visit the Condo Division’s website, in order for us to provide you with more information regarding a question, concern or advice you have the option of filling out an online form regarding your inquiry. You are asked to provide us with personally identifiable information such as your name, phone number and e-mail address. We will store a record of your inquiry along with your e-mail address.  In addition, our web servers track various technical details about your visit, such as your computer’s IP address and which pages you visited, however, that information does not typically contain any personally identifiable information about you.

 

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
